The Challenge
The client was managing HR for 50+ staff using spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Leave requests got lost, payroll calculations took days, and attendance tracking was error-prone. They needed a system tailored to Brunei's public holiday calendar and local payroll rules — not an imported foreign SaaS product.
Our Solution
Built myHR System as a full web application with three modules: (1) Attendance — biometric-friendly clock-in/out with geofencing, (2) Leave Management — automated approval flows with Brunei public holiday logic, (3) Payroll — auto-calculated salaries with allowances, overtime, and CPF-equivalent deductions. Full admin dashboard with exportable reports.
