Brunei-Malaysia border crossings (Seria, Kuala Lurah, Sungai Tujuh) see thousands of daily travellers but wait times are completely unpredictable. Travellers waste hours stuck in queues with no information — especially during school holidays and long weekends.

Built BorderTracker as a crowd-sourced real-time queue app. Users can report current wait times, and the app aggregates submissions to show live estimates per crossing. Features include: push notifications for surge alerts, historical patterns by time-of-day and day-of-week, and a widget for the home screen.
